I wanted to let you know about my “venue” where I’m doing coaching trainings these days. It’s not a buiiding, institute or an on-line university, but as Dr. Erickson would say…
“My voice WILL go with you”…

It’s called TelecoachingU.com. and it is via teleconference and by subscription.
Teleconference? subscription? Yep, you heard it right.
So, why a TelecoachingU.com Subscription, anyway?
It’s an opportunity to bring people together from all over the world 3 times a month who get to mix, match and attend different telecoaching learning labs and never leave home. I like to think of it as a high quality training with demos, teaching and discussions where you don’t have to get dressed for the occasion, travel for a week, drink bad hotel coffee or sit in uncomfortable banquet chairs. Since you're doing it via teleconferencing it is more convenient, flexible and inexpensive.
But what if I can't make a class due to a scheduling conflict?
Since you are purchasing a subscription, not a set training, you can have access to classes on demand. If you are unable to attend a class, no problem. All classes are recorded and posted on a website so you can listen to an audio steam or copy and download the class to your computer to play, burn it to a CD or upload into your ipod. The site is just for TCU members, and is interactive; You can email us with questions or have a discussion or conversation with other participants. The site is available to anyone with an internet connection and designed to work with any internet speed- from Dial-up to DSL and cable.

| H What Telelearning Labs will be offered? |
1. Telecoaching Supervision– Small group supervision where I coach the coaches as they work with clients. If you’ve purchased the coaching supervision CD’s, then you know how useful and enlightening these sessions can be for us all. If you want to get really good, this is the way to do it.
2. Teleclasses– More structured classes that cover in greater detail, the newest HNLP approaches for working with common coaching issues. You will receive e-manual handouts for these classes. Sample Class topics include:

The Inner View/Over View of Coaching Beyond Goals
This two session teleclass is a three hour indepth look at the Coaching Beyond Goals model, and is perfect for getting you up to speed with the processes that we use during the Supervision classes.
Beyond Goals
This was the class that started it all! Beyond Goals was the first Teleclass we did, and is a big part of the foundation of the coaching model. This class lasts about 90 minutes.
Supervision Call
We have posted a recent supervision call so you can hear for your self how it works, and 'meet' our TCU Class Members.
The value of these recordings is over 250.00, and you can have unlimited access to these calls for 100.00.

How do I enroll? |
You can enroll online at any time.
Enrollment is rolling so that you will always have the opportunity to receive the Full 3 Month Subscription regardless of when you enroll. You can of course, take courses for whatever period works for you.
Upon enrollment, you’ll receive call-in instructions, "secret passwords" and be put on our email list for the e-manual handouts that are sent out a day or two prior to the upcoming teleclasses.
If you are enrolling for the first time, you will automatically have access
to the TCU Resource Center to help you prepare.
The 100.00 one time charge will be added to your subscription.
