This 10 day advanced training is a quantum leap in coaching and change, newest developments in neuro-science, wave synthesis, and direct application of the Quantum Zeno Effect. This is training is really two trainings in one. The first half is a unique blend of carefully sequenced exercises to build your hypnotic coaching abilities and the second half consists of specialized demonstrations, discussions and exercises in the topics you are most interested in learning.
In the first five days you'll learn the basic principles and processes of Attention Shifting Coaching, (ASC) which employs subtle, yet powerful conversational use of representational systems, sub-modalities, fractals spatial/temporal and inductive language. The result is process-oriented coaching that works directly with unconscious activation and change.
We'll begin with an overview of the state of the art of the HNLP Coaching Beyond Goals Model, and then move into the ASC model. You'll learn how to create significant trance development inside of a typical coaching approach which will deepen your client's experience of change. The feedback I've gotten on this model is exceptional and it is really the best approach I've found for conversational changework to date.
Following a day off the second five days will be direct application of this model to selected topics of interest to course participants. It's your chance to really "dig in" to specific topics relevant to coaching. Possible topics included business consulting, exercise and weightless and transformation of habits, the psychobiology of fear, sports consulting, overcoming procrastination, regression and recursion techniques, relationship issues and models for couples and family therapy, to name a few.
